What is DwellAtlas?

DwellAtlas is an all-in-one app for landlords and real estate investors. Inspections, rent roll, deal analysis, tenant scorecards, work orders, vendors, documents, and portfolio analytics in one platform. Built for landlords with one door, scaling smoothly to investors with a hundred.

How much does DwellAtlas cost?

DwellAtlas starts free for up to three properties. Premium is $29 per month for unlimited doors and the full financial dashboard. Pro is $39.99 per month and adds AI tooling and team access. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.

Was DwellAtlas called something else before?

Yes. The app was originally PropertyGuard, then DoorLedger, and is now DwellAtlas. The PropertyGuard name was retired May 8, 2026 because it did not pass the App Store name uniqueness check. The DoorLedger name was retired May 26, 2026 after a naming collision was discovered. Same product, same team. If you see PropertyGuard or DoorLedger anywhere in older marketing or articles, treat it as DwellAtlas.

How do I invite a tenant?

In the app, open the property, tap Tenants, then Invite Tenant. Enter their name, email, and optional phone. Tap Send. They receive an email from DwellAtlas with a Set Up Account button. They tap, the app opens to a pre-filled welcome screen, they set a password, and they are linked to the property automatically.

How does DwellAtlas keep my data secure?

All DwellAtlas data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your property manager, or your tenants, can only see information related to their lease. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on your device. Row-level security in our database means one user cannot see another user's data even if they tried.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Every screen has an export option, CSV or PDF. You can also request a full data export anytime by emailing support@tealapexgroup.com.

What if my landlord uses DwellAtlas and I am a tenant?

You will receive an invitation email from your landlord. Tap the link, set a password, and you are in. From there you can pay rent, submit maintenance requests, view documents, and message your landlord. Tenants never need to create their own DwellAtlas account from scratch.

Does DwellAtlas work on iPhone, Android, and the web?

Yes. DwellAtlas is built for iOS, Android, and the web. Sign in on any device with the same account.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings then Account then Delete Account. Or visit our account deletion page. We delete your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
