What "tamper-evident" actually means.
Every photo your phone takes during a DwellAtlas inspection gets a SHA-256 hash computed at capture time and stored alongside the file. The hash is anchored to GPS coordinates, EXIF data, and a timestamp. Any later edit to the file changes the hash, and the original record is preserved in the database.
This is not a court certification. It is a defensible audit trail that significantly raises the cost of "she said, he said" arguments over deposit disputes.
